Long Term

CENV (Johny and Rosadite Philippe) - Haiti

CENV stands for Complexe Educatif Nouvelle Vie.  Translated, it means "New Life Education Complex."

CENV is a school located in Merger de Sibert, Haiti.  The school is led by Johny and Rosadite Philippe.  CENV began in 2005 and currently there are now over 150 students and 14 teachers on staff. CENV functions under very limited and difficult conditions due to the low economic level of those families whose children attend this school. Many parents are not able to pay for their children's schooling. As a result, CENV must depend on outside help in order for the school to function. Their needs include funds for school materials, for school equipment (benches, tables, chalk boards), and for salaries for professors.
