Who We Are

Young adulthood is a stage of life that can be confusing and challenging; wrestling through next steps, forming expressions of faith, and discovering our identity. Learning how to transition into adulthood requires a supportive community that knows us well enough to bring gentle challenge at the right time. Our vision is to help young adults LISTEN to the voice of God, RESPOND to Him, and BECOME like Jesus.

What We Do

Practically, this means that young adults (age 18-25) gather every Tuesday night from 7-9 p.m. at The House on the Glenwood campus. We gather to pray together, worship together, to be shaped by Scripture together, and to be led by the Holy Spirit together. For those that are wanting more direct mentorship, our volunteer staff make themselves available as requests are made.

Throughout the year we gather in other ways: activities, meals, retreats, and mission trips.

We also create connection points for older young adults up to age 30 throughout the year, with meals, game nights, and worship nights.

We hope the Young Adult Ministry can be a space where you discover who God has called you to be, as you learn to live out that identity in real time.
